- Most likely, the senders ISP does not have reverse DNS enabled. The following websites have information about this process:

- Also, if you are working with a user who appears to be affected by this Reverse DNS Lookup process, you can advise them to send an email to Sand.Paul@gmail.com with a message about the problem they are having. The Mail Administrator can look at the header of the message to confirm if this is a Reverse DNS problem or something else.
